Every watch is supplied with a 12-month Imperial Time UK Ltd warranty covering mechanical performance (wear and accidental damage excluded).

Yes, our expert watch repair services cover all luxury brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega, and Hublot. Services include movement servicing, polishing, battery replacement, strap/bracelet adjustment, and full restorations. All repairs are conducted by qualified horologists and come with a service guarantee.

Do you provide valuations for insurance?

Yes, we provide professional watch and jewellery valuations for insurance purposes, resale, and probate. Our valuation reports include detailed specifications, market value, and certificates, accepted by major UK insurance providers.

Do you ship watches internationally?

Yes, we offer insured and tracked international shipping for all luxury watches. All items are packaged securely, require signature on delivery, and are fully insured during transit to ensure peace of mind.
