We assess gold jewellery, chains, rings, coins, sovereigns and scrap gold alongside silver, platinum and palladium items, natural diamonds and fine jewellery. Helpful information includes the hallmark, carat or fineness, approximate weight, certificate details, brand or maker and photographs.
Precious-metal content, diamonds, gemstones, craftsmanship, brand and resale demand can all affect value, so do not assume an older or damaged item has only scrap value.
We welcome enquiries for 9ct / 9K / 375 gold, 14ct / 14K / 585 gold, 18ct / 18K / 750 gold, 22ct / 22K / 916 gold and 24ct / 24K / 999 fine gold. For silver, common marks include 800 silver, Sterling Silver 925, Britannia 958 and fine silver 999. If you are unsure of the hallmark, send clear photographs and we can assess the item.
