Returns Policy

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty goods in line with your statutory rights. Should you need to return any item, please contact us first by telephone or email – see our Contact page.

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return unwanted goods, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return it, and a further 14 days to return the goods.

Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund, minus the original shipping costs, will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.

Faulty Goods

If any goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us. You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, or we can offer a replacement free of charge.

Exchanging Goods

If you would like to exchange any items, please contact us, and we will do our best to process your exchange promptly. You are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item to us and the shipping costs for sending the replacement.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To cancel, please notify us in writing within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

We will refund the price of the goods and the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you if the order is returned in full. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

Will Any Return Costs Be Refunded?

If you return an item due to an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your return postage costs as follows:

  • For items valued over £150, we will refund up to the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
  • For items valued under £150, we will refund up to the cost of Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Alternatively, we may provide you with a pre-paid return label. We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We will inspect all returned items claimed as damaged or defective. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item(s) and recover our fees and expenses.

My Payment Card Has Changed/Expired. How Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used when placing your order. If your card has expired, we will issue a cheque to cover your refund.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of returned goods, and in any event, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Please note it may take up to three working days for the refund to appear on your card.
