As the Covid-19 situation develops the health of our customers and employees is our top priority and respecting social distancing may result in a drop in our packing capacity.

Due to our stores being temporarily closed we are not offering a click and collect service. Delivery can now take up to 3-6 days.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities continue to be our priority, therefore we ask for your continued support as our deliveries may take slightly longer than usual in reaching their destinations. Rest assured we are doing everything to make sure you get your order as quickly as we can.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

At Imperial Time  we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives when you expect it to. You will be provided with expected delivery dates for your order in checkout.

Delivery takes 3-6 days excluding Sundays. Below is a guideline to the lead times for delivery.

Please note: Delivery times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please refer to the expected delivery dates provided in checkout. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods could take up to 2 days longer than usual.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on orders to any address in the UK (excluding addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands). Standard delivery orders will not need to be signed for.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive in 3 - 6 days (excluding Sundays). Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 3 - 6 days (excluding Sundays).

You will be provided with estimated delivery dates for your order in checkout.

ENGRAVED AND PERSONALISED ITEMS

If you choose to have your order engraved, it can take between 3 to 8 working days to be despatched dependant on your chosen delivery method. In most cases it won't take this long but please do add an extra 8 working days to the expected delivery lead times shown above to avoid disappointment.

For personalised jewellery orders, it can take between 14 to 17 working days to be despatched.

For Personalised Gift items the lead time is quoted per product. The delivery date will depend on the delivery method chosen but the expected delivery date will be stated in the basket.
