+ What quality standards do you use for your rings?

We follow internationally recognised standards for precious metals and gemstones and provide clear grading details (such as the 4Cs for diamonds) on each product where applicable.

+ Are your pieces hallmarked?

Yes—precious metal items are hallmarked in accordance with UK regulations, and metal purity is clearly stated on each product page.

+ Can you resize or adjust jewellery?

Most rings and bracelets can be resized or adjusted by our workshop. Contact us with your size and we’ll confirm options and turnaround.

+ Do you provide valuations or certificates?

We can provide invoices for insurance and, where applicable, third‑party diamond or gemstone certificates. Ask us about certification for a specific item.

+ How do I book a viewing?

Book a viewing via imperialtime.co.uk or contact us to arrange an appointment at our Kensington showroom.
