2014 Year of the Horse Design

The reverse depicts two horses within a stylised landscape, accompanied by the Chinese character for Horse, the inscription “Year of the Horse” and The Perth Mint’s traditional “P” mintmark.

The obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, together with the inscriptions “AUSTRALIA”, “1KG 999 SILVER”, the 2014 year-date and the Australian $30 legal-tender denomination.
